Sara Goodman started training herding dogs 2001 with her Australian Shepherd, Kelsie. After only one year of training, Sara and Kelie went to the ASCA National Specialty and won 3rd place in sheep and cattle out of over 50 dogs. She has been hooked ever since. After Sara trialed Kelsie in ASCA and AHBA trials for a bit she got her first Border Collie, Tim. Since then, Sara has gone on to compete in USBCHA Open trials. She currently runs her 3 year old border collie, Rob, in Open trials and has a young dog named Ben that will be starting his trialing career in the fall of 2011.
